These terms of use apply to Factory Demo and to its website at factory.dulgerlabs.com. By using the app or the website, you agree to them. Factory Demo is made and sold by Ogulcan Dulger ("Dulger Labs", "we"). Contact: support@dulgerlabs.com.

## What is Factory Demo?

Factory Demo is a general habit counter: the user sets a daily goal from 1 to 20 and counts how often they do one self-chosen activity each day. It gives no advice and is not intended for any medical, financial or legal purpose.

Factory Demo gives no medical, legal or financial advice. Use your own judgement and ask a professional before decisions that need one.

## What is free and what is paid?

Up to 3 entries a day, progress view, history and one daily reminder. Premium adds: unlimited entries, all future premium features. Prices are shown in the app and on the [pricing page](/pricing/) before you buy.

## How do subscriptions work?

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. A free trial, if offered, turns into a paid subscription at its end unless you cancel before.

- **App Store:** payment is charged to your Apple account. Manage or cancel in your Apple account settings. Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement also applies.
- **Google Play:** payment is charged to your Google account. Manage or cancel in the Play Store under Payments and subscriptions.
- **Website:** our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all web orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for web orders. Cancel from the link in your receipt email.

## What may I not do?

Do not copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, do not try to break its security, and do not use it against the law. We may stop access for anyone who does.

## What are the limits of our responsibility?

We build Factory Demo with care, but it is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages or lost data, except where the law does not allow this limit, for example for intent, gross negligence or injury. Keep your own copy of anything important; data is stored only on your device.

## Can these terms change?

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. If a change affects paid features, we tell you in the app before it applies.

## Which law applies?

These terms are governed by the law of the seller's country of residence, without taking away the protection that the law of your country of residence gives you as a consumer.
