Factory Demo is free to use with up to three entries a day. The premium plan removes the daily limit and is billed monthly or yearly; the yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You can buy premium in the app or on this website, and you can cancel at any time before the next billing date.

Prices in US dollars. Taxes are added at checkout where they apply. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.

What does the free tier include?

The Factory Demo free tier includes the daily goal, up to three entries a day, the progress view, the history and one daily reminder. Free users never lose their data when the limit is reached; they can add more entries the next day or upgrade to premium.

How do I cancel a subscription?

A Factory Demo subscription is cancelled where it was bought. Purchases in the App Store are cancelled in your Apple account settings, purchases in Google Play in the Play Store subscriptions page, and web purchases from the link in your receipt email. Premium stays active until the end of the paid period.

Is the price the same in the app and on the web?

Yes. The web prices in US dollars match the store prices. Taxes depend on your country and are shown at checkout.

Who processes web payments?

Paddle is the merchant of record for web purchases. It handles the payment, taxes and receipts.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds follow the refund policy page. Store purchases are refunded by Apple or Google under their own rules.

Does premium work on all my devices?

Premium bought on the web is linked to the app with a redemption link. Store purchases can be restored on a new phone with the same store account.
